Partner organisations from Croatia, Hungary, Poland and Bulgaria are currently implementing the EU project Together For Fertility, with support from the Erasmus+ program.
By implementing the Together For Fertility project, we plan to increase the amount of available information on the topic of fertility and provide easily understandable information on infertility based on scientific evidence, in five languages. Taking into account that information from the field of healthcare is often presented to patients in a complex and difficult to understand way, the focus of the project is to convey information and basic knowledge on (in)fertility in a way that is understandable to people of different levels of literacy and education.
As a result of one of the project activities, the booklet "Communicating health information to people with lower levels of literacy" was created, which we are happy to share with you.
The booklet is also available in English, and here you can download the versions in partners' national languages. We hope that you will find the contents of the booklet interesting and useful!
