Roda is currently implementing the EU project Together For Fertility, with support from the Erasmus+ program and with partner organisations from Hungary, Poland and Bulgaria.
All partners gathered once again in Zagreb from 1 to 5 March, 2024. On this occasion, we held a partners' meeting on Friday, and the next four days we devoted to education (learning teaching and training event) "Infertility educator program" organised by project partner Roda - Parents in Action.
At the training "Education for (in)fertility educators" during four intensive and interactive days of the workshop, we went through the process of learning about how adults learn, transferring knowledge and developing skills for future educators and ways to approach leading groups of people struggling with infertility, particularly those with lower literacy and education levels. We also touched on the basics of creating a curriculum. The participants, with the guidance of educators from partner organisations, as a final task designed a short curriculum for the education of patients or experts within their own organisation and in their own countries.
The meeting and training were held in the premises of Roda - Parents in Action.
