Roda's experience in implementing the Wings for Roda project

After the association Roda implemented its first project within the framework of the KA1 Erasmus + Adult Mobility program, a final presentation was held for all employees and volunteers in civil society organizations, where the participants of various educations transferred their experiences of project implementation and impressions from the educations to in which they participated.

During the presentation, you can hear the impressions of Roda's employees and volunteers from the following training courses that were held in 2023:

• Soft Skills for Strong Teachers, Prague
• Coaching Skills, Vienna
• Skills and Practices for Authentic Communication, Vienna

Through the experience of Roda's participants in these trainings, you will gain an insight into how to apply for Erasmus+ KA1 projects and their implementation, as well as a series of useful information that can be an inspiration for applying for similar projects.

This webinar is especially useful for smaller associations that have not previously implemented similar Erasmus+ KA1 projects because it can empower them to apply for such projects through which they will acquire new knowledge and skills in an international environment.
