On Monday, Marh 28 and Tuesday, March 29 we held our project kickoff meeting in Zagreb, Croatia in the offices of project partner Roda. Over two days partners from four countries (Croatia, Poland, Bulgaria and Hungary) got to know each other, presented their organisations and their experiences, got to know Roda and Zagreb.
The two-day meeting was spent mapping out the project activities over the next 31 months, planning the first year of activities, setting the dates for project events and getting necessary adminsitration work done. We are excited to start this new project, and can't wait to attend the first training, planned in May in Budapest.
